About Me

  • Lifestyle Medicine saved my career in health care. I was not impressed with our health care system, and I considered changing careers. Then I found Lifestyle Medicine and it changed how I am able to provide care to patients forever. I'm proud to say that now I get to see my patients actually get better! I enjoy empowering patients to live longer, happier, healthier lives every day!

Experience

  • I grew up in the Midwest eating the Standard American Diet and I suffered from the Standard American Diseases. It wasn't until I was diagnosed with borderline high cholesterol that I found Lifestyle Medicine and I have been healthier than ever despite my increasing age. I have since earned a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition and become board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine.
